Vangie is looking for motivated staff and volunteers to help with her historic bid to become the first woman of color to ever represent Virginia in Congress. We’re running a grassroots campaign built around cutting-edge technology and a people-first strategy. Now we need committed activists to be a part of our field program and community outreach. We are seeking:
- Technology Manager. Coordinates and manages all aspects of the campaign with regard to technology – web site, database, computer infrastructure, etc. The IT manager’s responsibilities might range from maintaining the web site to developing the database to providing a computer network for the staff. This person needs to have a broad knowledge of technology, computers and software and be able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- General campaign volunteers. Volunteers are needed to attend events, make phone calls, canvas door-to-door, place yard signs and be an ambassador for the campaign. We will put any skills to use that you bring to the table that will make our campaign a success. Please fill out our volunteer form to sign up.
- College students, recent graduates are welcome
- Training is provided
- You will join a historic, grassroots campaign and get to work directly with the candidate and her team.
